(Using Word 2002 in Office XP Pro)
1. Open a document and write some words.
2. Select one of the words by defining it (using a shift key and a
right/left arrow) and change the font color to something else.
3. Select another word and press control-y. That word will change to the
same font color. (Control-y repeats the last action taken.)
4. Press control-z and notice how the font color changes back. (Control-z
undoes the last action taken.)
5. Now select another word and change the background color to something
else.
5. Select yet another word and press control-y. Notice how the background
color change is NOT repeated.
6. Select yet another word and change its background color to something
else.
7. Press control-z and notice how the color change is undone, as it should
be.
Is this asymmetry by design or just a little oversight?
