Currency Conversion

Can anyone tell me how to perform proper currency conversions for data that
I intend to include in my Publisher documents (US dollars to UK pounds)? The
best I can find on the Internet performs the conversion in accordance with
the current exchange rate (currently approximately two US dollars per
English pound). These conversions are obviously wrong, because according to
Micro$oft's pricing policy for Vista and for Office 2007 the exchange rate
is approximately one US dollar per UK pound. Is there anything out there
that works in accordance with Micro$haft's conversion utility? By the way,
while I'm at it, can anyone tell me where I can download a picture of Bill
Gate$ wearing an eye patch and with a parrot on his shoulder? It would make
my current Publisher document much more realistic.

The price of Office in the UK isn't a matter of just converting US currency
to UK. They're paying more - a lot more.

As for Bill Gate's image, that's actually covered on Microsoft's website.
From http://www.microsoft.com/about/legal/permissions/default.mspx#E1D
