current project workspace access

When I create a new project in Project Server, a new workspace is
automatically created. Is there an easy way to setup Project Server so that
ALL users that are setup in Project Server automatically have access to this
new workspace, rather than me having to go to the workspace and specifically
add each one?

Thanks,

Richard

HI Richard,

the only way to do this is to change your Project Server user security ( by
creating a new one for example) allowing all users to see all Projects.

This will of course also mean that everyone can view every project. Should
your company be in a position to do so, than this will work fine

Hope this heps

Hi Marc,

I created a new category that allows the users to see all projects and
resources. I then assigned that category to the particular user that I want
to be able to access the new project workspaces. I then created a new
project and tried to access the workspace with that user, but was unable to
(I am presented with a login screen). When I checked the user list for the
project workspace site, the only item in the list is Administrator.

Am I doing this right?

Thanks,

Richard
