Current time on a PowerPoint slide.

B

Bob B.

I need to display the current time on a PowerPoint slide in a presentation
that will loop continuously. The time must be updated each time the slide is
displayed.
I read through all of the past posts I could find pertaining to this and
found a great utility, AutoDateTime21, that does exactly what I want for my
PowerPoint 2000 people. What I need is a similar capability for PowerPoint
97. Can anyone out there help me? Thank You In Advance.

Hi Bob B.,

Here is the simple steps:

1. Open new powerpoint file.
2. Goto pulldown menu Insert, Object browse to Micorsoft Excel Worksheet.
3. Goto Cell A1 and Type "=Now()" click outside the powerpoint.
4. If you wish to getrid of the gridlines grab the lower right hand corner of
the worksheet and let Cell A1 only showing.

Hope this helps.
