"Currently loaded global items" on save as?

When saving a project for import into another project server
installation ("save as"), it defaults to "Global items except
enterprise outline codes".

I noticed when I run the import wizard in the new installation, I am
prompted to enter the project outline code values for the codes I have
defined.

If I select "Currently loaded global items" will that pull over the
outline code values? Is there a downside to doing that rather than
selecting the default "Global items except enterprise outline codes"
and manually entering the outline codes values?

Does this only apply to PROJECT-LEVEL enterprise outline codes or task
level, etc.?
