Cursor at top of Page in Normal.dot

When I open Word 2003/Windows XP the cursor is at the top of the page
rather than a few lines down as it used to be. I am viewing in 'Print
Layout' I have had this problem
before and cured it with this forums help but forgot to keep a copy.
How do I solve it?

Click Tools | Options. On the View tab, select "White space between pages (Print
view only)" and click OK.
