Cursor Box and Formula Bar

2 Questions. 1. Can I increase or change the color of the cursor box highlight (the color of the box outline when you are in the current cell). Right now it's a very pale blue and very difficult for me to see or differentiate from the grid lines. I have a slight degree of color blindness and this one is a tough one. 2. Is there any way to anchor the "forumla bar"? I hate having it floating around.

1. Yes, set the highlight color in system preferences - appearance. You must
quit and restart Excel for the change to take place.
2. This is a bug that Microsoft is working on. There will probably be an
update that changes this behavior sometime in the future.

Yes, but realize that this is an excel-add in written in VBA and will not
work in Excel 2008.

Thanks for the great idea, but.....when I downloaded it it won't load in Excel 2008 - it's written in VB (which I understand is not supported) and it needs to be in Apple Script. Bad for me, it looks like just what I've been looking for.
