cursor gets lost

It can be a bug.

My mouse cursor dissapears sometimes on a one note page.
It actually bcomes transparent becomes I still can do things.
When I go to another page and come back, the cursor comes back

What version of OneNote are you using? What operating system are you using?
Have you tried changing your mouse cursor scheme in Control Panel?

When does it happen? Does the cursor disappear when you start to type on a
OneNote page for example?

There's a setting in Control Panel | Mouse which makes the cursor disappear
when you type. Depending on the mouse hardware you have, there may also be
some custom settings provided by the hardware manufacturer's setup utility
which might also have similar settings.
