Cursor Jumping

When I am typing in one note, the cursor will jump to another line while I am
typing. Hopefully I will catch it quickly, or spend several minutes fixing
it. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to stop it...I am using it
on a laptop.

Does the laptop have a touchpad or a red eraser mouse thingy? You might be
accidentally touching the mouse device with your wrists as you type.

Does this occur when typing in other programs like Word or Outlook? In
Control Panel | Mouse, there should be a setting that says "Hide pointer
while typing". The location of that setting will vary depending on which
type of hardware drivers you have installed, but enabling that setting
should help.
