Cursor movement in Excel 2007

I used to be able to move the cursor between cells in Excel 2007 using
the up, down, left and right arrows on the keyboard. I had to
reinstall my keyboard and now it won't do it, it just scrolls the
whole sheet. Can anyone help?

Sounds like scroll-lock is on - hitting the scroll-lock key should clear
the problem.
