cursor on wide forms

i have experience problems moving the cursor with the
small arrow on wider than screen pages. with the arrow the
cursor does not move, only if i touch the empty space or
grab the bar. this happens on office xp, access

Not quite sure what you mean by the 'small arrow'. All I can think is
that you mean the one at the ends of the scroll bar. Is that what you
mean? If so, then that will not affect the position of the cursor in
Access.

The Access cursor will be on whatever control has the focus, be it a
text box, button or something else. Moving the cursor from control to
control is effected usually by the tab key and/or by coding in your
programme.
