Cursor position after sender text in Outlook

When I press Reply in Outlook, program opens a reply dialog and position my
cursor on top, then there is two line breaks and then text to whom I reply.
How can I change this behaviour? I want that first is original message
(signed with ">" character), and then my cursor should wait for my text at
the end.

Any idea?

I don't think that there is any built-in way in Outlook to do this.

Is there any specific reason that you want to do this?

The accepted standard for e-mail communications is that the latest
correspondence is always at the top. That is way your cursor is at the top
when you click Reply.

This is "standard" just for Outlook users :)
Many of other uses from top to down ... In our company we don't use Outlook,
but some of our customer do.
We will provide macro for this.
Thank you for your time.
