When I type (or have stopped typing) in Word 2003, the cursor frequently
vanishes, making it hard to tell exactly where I am. (Note: theat's the
cursor, not the mouse pointer.)
If I move the mouse, the cursor sometimes reappears - and sometimes it
vanishes again.
When this is happening, Task manager reports Word as using 45-50% of CPU
(it's a HT CPU so it can't report higher than 50%). This is when nothing
is happening at all.
I have searched on the web, and found a number of other people reporting
the same problem, and no-one seems to know how to fix it.
