CURSOR WON'T ADVANCE

Novice that I am, I was creating a flow chart , inserting texts within
shapes. The document won't let me move the cursor down to insert text only.

Microsoft Office Word 2003

Use the mouse to click outside of the shapes (or perhaps use Ctrl+End)
