Cust Contact Form using OWC not working in 2003

I have a custom form that uses the OWC10 Spreadsheet component. A few of my
customer's employees now have Outlook 2003 and they now can't use the form.
The form was published to the folder. It also have VBScript behind it
(obviously to get the OWC item to save/etc).

I installed 2003 on another pc of mine to do testing, installed OWC, and i
can't even open up the form for design - it says it has "malicious"
code/components blah blah blah and when it gets to the design the
spreadsheet is gone.

Any ideas would be GREATFULLY helpful!!!
