CUSTOEMR SATISFACTION FORM

Hi every body,

I thougth I could use InfoPath to send an email with a form to all my
customers.
Then receive the data back as submited forms, and collect them into an excell.
Then I would open the excell and study my data.

Is there a way to do it with infopath... or I did not understood the
Infopath purposes.

This can be done but there are some dependencies and architecture
considerations.

First all of your custmers need InfoPath or you need a server to host the
forms in a browser or terminal environment that your customers have access to.

Typically you would extra their dat into a database and then use web reports
or Excel for analysis.

Can I use my web site to host the form; better, can I use the form
created with Infopath as a HTML page?

You would need InfoPath Forms Services or MOSS to do this.
