Custom Actions in Outlook 2003

I have a custom form that is using a custom action
called "Collaborate". I've been using:
Item.Actions("Collaborate").Execute
to trigger this action and never had any problem in
Outlook2000 or 2002. However, it seems like something is
stopping the execution of this action in Outlook2003.

Is there anything new in regards to Custom Actions in
Outlook2003?
