Custom Animation - Dim instead of Hide

C

Carl A.

One of the After Animation options is "Hide on Next Mouse Click."

I have a series of text boxes that I would like to DIM on next mouse click,
rather than Dim After Animation. However, I can only configure the text
boxes to HIDE on the next mouse click, not DIM.

Is there a way to configure the animation to DIM on next mouse click, as a
variation of the Hide on Next Mouse Click option?

If you are using PPT 2002 or later, you might find this easier to do with an
"Emphasis" Animation. There are specific emphasis animations for fade,
change color, change transparency, etc....

Hi Carl

I'm a bit confused. If you change the dim color to say a light grey - does't
the change take place on next click?
