Custom Appointment form has been developed and published in the
Organizational Forms Library.
In order for all users to start using the custom form instead of the default
one, is it enough to instruct users to select the custom form in the General
tab, in the section labeled When posting to this folder? Or they have to
associate this new form in the Form tab?
It's not necessary to apply the new custom form to open the appointments
that have been created already in their calendar.
