Custom Appointment Form & Printing style

In Outlook 2003, I have created a custom Appointment Form. When I print
appointments in this Calendar, I see all the "user defined fields" are
printed out. I have tried to "Define Print Style", but I cann't not actually
modify the template nor define My own tempplate.
My question are:

1. Is there a way to avoid "User Defined Fields" from print out?
2. How I can redefine the template that are already there?
3. How could I define my own printing format?

1) On the Properties dialog for each custom field's control, switch to the
Validation tab and clear the box that controls whether the property is saved
and printed.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
