Hello
We have recorded all our marketing licences in a table with a field for the
five-figure reference number that the Government attaches to each licence.
Recently, the Govt. changed the reference numbers to look like this:
(2009)/1234 . i.e. the year in brackets, slash, four figures.
1. Can I create an input mask that fills in the year, the brackets, the
slash, leaving only the four-figures to be filled in?
2. I find that adding a new mask to the table also changes the formatting of
all licence numbers issued before the change (the five figure ones). How can
I avoid that?
Many thanks
