Custom Borders

Hi!

Is it, or is it not, possible to take a graphic - i.e. a picture that
I've downloaded as clipart, and turn that picture into a border around
my page or textbox? For example, I've downloaded a picture of a
feather. Can I take that picture of one feather and turn it into a
border around my page, such that the picture is repeated over and over
around the page, forming a border of feathers?

Or is one limited to the borders in the Word Format, Border and Shading
dialog?
