Custom Button Driven Macros

Using Visio 2000 (pre-Microsoft), I'm not finding a way to launch VBA
procedures, either from the Tools > Macros menu (where I don't see the one's
I've written), or from an custom toolbar button, which I don't find a way to
program.

Any tips on how or where to look to get this to work in this version of Visio?

(Is this my "breaking point" reason for upgrading, finally? :) )

Thanks!

Visio's method to register macors in tool bar buttons differs from that of
excel.
A document, "Introduction to Developing Microsoft Visio Solutions" may be
useful, thogh it is for Visio2002.

Thanks, that shows how to get the vba routines to register in the macro
list. Other sections in the same general area about customization of command
bars and user interfaces all mention "Microsoft Visio 2000" or "Microsoft
Visio 2002"....
