Custom Button in toolbar

I have a procedure that I would like run from a button on a custom toolbar.
In other Office products I can simply drag the macro name from the commands
list to the toolbar of my choice. I am running Visio 2003 Standard, and
have not been able to accomplish this.

Any thoughts?
