Custom calendar form

We are trying to make a custom calendar entry form. It's pretty basic with
only 6 fields, but it's really hard to get to. You have to do "Choose Form"
and then dig into you get to user defined form. Is there an easy way to make
a user defined form the default calendar form for a user?

If you have Outlook 2000 or later, you can make a registry change to
substitute your custom form for the default form. See
