I have categorized my business contacts into more color categories than are
shown by default in the pop up color category menu. Whenever I close
Business Contact Manager and reopen it the names of the custom color
categories (IE - "Black Category") are still there but the actual color
association is not.
The problem is, if I wish to quickly assign a business contact to a custom
color category through the pop up color category assignment menu (IE - right
click contact > categorize > choose color), the custom color categories I
created no longer appear here unless I reassign a color in the assignment
menu (IE - right click contact > categorize > All Categoories > New > Input
custom category name > reassign color).
Do I have to save these custom color categories in a specific area so the
master list does not disappear if BCM closes?
