custom colors for fonts and backgrounds

Is there anyway to create a custom set of colors on the palette to apply and
reapply to fonts, table/cell backgrounds, and table borders? For the fonts,
if using a style, is there anyway to apply a color to whatever fontstyle or
fontsize chosen?

Can this be created usnig VBA if it's not standard functionality?

Point One A- Nope
Point One B- Have heard it described but haven't pursued it 'cause it sounds
like a nightmare :)
Point Two - Nope

Maybe in the next version.
