I'm having a problem customising any of the contact form, without
losing the default look and feel. As soon as I put the form into
design mode, the pages change to a different layout. It looks almost
pre-Windows XP like: plain grey, the controls are square with no round
buttons and everything is positioned differently.
How do I add extra buttons and text boxes without comprimising the
look of the contact form?
Some other posts indicated that it was only the first tab where this
happened, but when I changed one of the blank tabs, it still reverted
to a different layout.
Explanation of change of layout (suggests using a different tab)
