Custom Contact Form

We build machines, and would like to use Outlook as a top level database. It
works nicely. We'd like to drop pdfs of drawings and docs into the card.

1. Can I use multiple "Notes" fields?
2. Is there a size limitation for the outlook contact card?
3. Can I put multiple hyperlinks on the card?

Thanks

John

1. No
2. Not really, but the larger things are the slower
3. Yes

This really isn't a good idea.

Outlook is a personal information manager, not a database.

It lacks many of the fault tolerant features of a good database, backup is
so-so, and unless you use Exchange then the database (PST file) cannot be
accessed by more than one user at a time. Plus PST's are not supported for
storage on network shares.

You are far better off using a database application for this than Outlook.
