Is there a way I can configure a server side rule for automatically putting a
copy of a deleted message in a folder in addition to deleted items? That is -
when the user deletes a message, another copy would go into a folder (e.g.
Deleted Messages) in addition to the message being moved to deleted items.
My problem is this - we starting using a BES recently; we had previously
used Goodlink software. The goodlink software gives you full outlook style
functionality including access to your deleted items folder. The BES,
however, does not give you access to that folder - several of my users would
like to be able to access their deleted items from their new blackberry
handhelds. Having a seperate folder which automatically recieves a copy of
any message that is deleted is the only solution I could think of. Does
anybody have any suggestions?
