custom.dic - MRU file

I am setting up new work stations and have to transfer the custom.dic files
for the people that do dictation.

The custom.dic file is not a problem...what is, is the issue that the words
in the custom.dic file are not recognized until used once! Is there a way to
transfer the MRU file for word to the new work stations as well?
