Custom dictionary, normal.dot and upgrading to Office 2007

Hi,

If upgrading from a mix of Office XP and 2003 to Office 2007, is there any
issue with:

1. Custom.dic dictionarys and custom Autocorrect entries - are these
migrated automatically?

2. The Normal.dot template. If users have modified these are the changes
migrated. If not, what should be done to ensure they are?
