Custom duplex printing

Is it possible to print a multisection document with different sections being
simplex or duplex?

Nope. Duplexing is all or none. To work around this, you could insert a
blank page between every page in the section you don't want duplexed.

If you install a second copy of the printer and set the default properties
of one to Duplex and the other to Simplex, you could then use a macro to
print selected sections to the appropriate printer depending upon how they
are to be printed.
