Custom field and lookup tablem - More than 1 option

I'm trying to create a custom field to insert project Client's name. I
created a lookup table and included all the clients ther. If I have a project
that has more than one client, can I insert two ou more client on that custm
field based on the lookup table?

You can create multiple custom fields that are based on the same lookup
table.

I would prefer to have all clients on the same custom field.

If I had, for example, a lookup table with:

Client A
Client B
Client C
....
Client n

I would lie to be able to have "Client A; Client B" on the same cell/custom
field. Because I have projects with many clients...

Is this impossible?!

Yes, you can make the field a multi value field. When you define the custom
field and make the field a lookup field, you will have the option to enable
"Allow multiple values to be selected from lookup table".

Be aware that multi value fields don't show up in the reporting database and
cannot be added to the OLAP cubes under Server Settings>Cube>Configuration.

Also, once you make a field multi value, you can't undo the change. You
will have to re-create the field to make it a single value field.
