Custom Fields in Outlook Form

Hello,

We have Microsoft Office 2000, and are networked using Microsoft Server 2000.

I created custom e-mail forms to use as templates. I added fields to these
forms. The fields appear both in the Edit version of the form, and in the
Read version of the form. When we send e-mail using these forms
inter-office, the custom fields show. However, when we send e-mails using
these custom forms outside the office over the Internet, the custom fields to
not show up in the recipient's e-mail.

What could be the problem?

Likely causes:

1) The recipient doesn't have access to the form definition
2) The message is transmitting in rich text format because of either a
recipient or a server setting
