Custom Fields in Project Information Dialog Box

We have set up a number of enterprise custom fields for gathering project
information and have made many of these fields 'required' for our projects.
However, we do not want to have to enter data into these fields when we set
up Administrative projects.
Is there a way to bypass the required fields when registering Administrative
projects?

You cannot by pass not saving in administrative plan.

But the workaround is open administrative template and fill the common
information about project which are marked as required > Save the template
with those information.

Next time when you use that template to create admin project you will have
required information already filled.
