custom fields of type text are not showing in view

Hi,

I have add new three Enterprise customize fields in Enterprise Global
Template custom fields (resource option) of type TEXT.
which are (Employee Code,NIC,Hiring Date).
and then I double clicked the resources name in the enterprise resource pool
and enter values of these information of resources and save the resource
pool.
and make new view in the resource centre and add these fields into new view.
but when I see this new view which named (Department Resources) in the
reource centre . it is not showing me all these new custom fields
information of resources.
