Custom Fields

Once I insert a custom field (from a custom text string) into a group, how to I edit where it goes and how do I get more then one custom field in it?

You can add a field to a shape by selecting the shape and choosing Insert >
Field or by going into text edit mode on the shape and choosing Insert >
Field. The first method replaces the entire text string with the new field.
The second method inserts the field at your cursor position within the text
string; thus you can use the command again to add another field.
