How can I create a project field with a value list, which
values are taken from the project resources?
i.e. when the PM saves the project, he will have to choose
one of his resources to put in this field.

Itzik --

There is no automatic method to create a value list populated with project
resources. Therefore, you must create the list manually. Sorry.
