Custom filed codes Dates

This is kind of a strange post, but what I’m trying to get is a
template letter wherein field codes would be used to automatically
update based in the manual entering of information, i.e., if I typed
in a date in one section of the letter, I can have the letter
automatically generate other dates from that date. (Like today’s date
plus 60 days), can this be done in word?
