Custom flags in OneNote

It would be nice to be able to add some different icons to the flags (more
than arer available in the palette at the moment) in OneNote. The ones there
just don't say what I want to. Also, it would be helpful if there was a hint
when hoverin over a note to tell you what it is defined as.

Do you mean when hovering over an icon?
