One of my users is having a problem with a custom form. We have a public
folder that contains contacts with the data being entered and viewed in a
custom form.
Everyone can go to that folder and view the contacts in the form with no
problems.
When a contact from that folder is forwarded, everyone but the CEO can view
the attachment with the custom form. The CEO sees it as a normal contact
form, which is missing some of the custom fields.
In her email, the attachment has a contact icon, but for everyone else it
is a post icon. Everybody is using Office XP with all of the latest patches
and updates applied.
I have removed the form from her personal forms library and reinstalled it
by going to the public folder and opening a contact.
Any ideas on what to try next?
Thanks for your time.
