Hi,
I have designed a custom form for creating a new appointment/meeting
request.
It would appear that if I publish this form to the Organizational
Forms folder, it is not available offline (I get an 'Object Cannot Be
Found' error when trying to create an appointment in offline mode)
Copying the form from the Organizational Forms folder to my calendar
folder using the Forms Manager and then setting this to be the default
form seems to work even when offline.
Can someone tell me is the is the correct way of making a custom
appointment form available offline?
If so, is there a way to publish a custom form to all calendars for
all Exchange Users? (We are using Outlook 2003, but only Exchange 5.5
.... maybe things become easier when we go Exchange 2003, which we will
shortly?)
Also, presumably, if I need to change the form, I can change it,
re-publish it to the Organizational Forms library, then re-run the
process to copy it to the calendar folder of each user? (Equivalent of
performing a manual update from the Forms Manager for each user?)
Many thanks for you suggestions,
Mark.
