I have created a custom form that works like a charm. The people
requesting the form would like to be able to save the form in another
program- which can be done through Outlook. We use a program that
installs an add-in that allows us to save messages directly into a
client folder within another program.
Anyway, when I save the form (entire email) in the program, the form is
saved however it doesn't save like a regular message.
For instance: When I save a regular message, I can open it and see the
From: To: Subject: portion of the email(it is in a gray section).
However, when i open the form that I saved, the From: portion is not
there. The top portion of the email doesn't look at all like a normal
message- it just looks exactly like the form when I open it originally
in Outlook.
Is there anyway I can expect the form to behave like a regular message
when I save it???
