Custom Form Fields in Outlook 2000 Contacts

We'd like to create a drop-down list (ComboBox) of types of Contact
where we could select more than one value and display and filter on
those values. Along the lines of:

Field Name: Professional Advisors
Values: Accountant, Auditor, Lawyer, Tax Consultant, Bank, Fund
Manager, Trust Manager

and we can select, say Accountant and Tax Consultant from the list. I
know that we could use Categories to achieve much the same result but
the specification we've been given is for drop-down lists where
possible.

Currently, as far as I can see, it is only possible to return one
value from such a list.

Any help would be much appreciated.
