custom form not working in outlook 2000 in vista.

My custom form was working in outlook 2000 in XP. When I run from outlook 2000
in Vista, I get this error: "An error occurred registering the form in the
OLE registry". Everything else in Outlook works fine in vista for me except
this problem.

Is it possible to manually register the form in the OLE registry to get
around this problem in vista? I cannot firm any information on how to do
this. Appreciate any help in this.
