I guess it's my turn to finally figure out why my forms aren't doing what I
want.
I have a custom form based on Contact. Two tabs and neither are Outlook
originals, all of the Outlook originals I've set for No display. I've
updated the Version and form# and checked the Send Form Definition with Item
on the Properties tab and published the form to a new Public folder from
Outlook 2002. Using Exchange 5.0 with SBS 2000.
Okay. When I get to the Public folder (off-line) and display a contact, the
form is perfect (even if I do say so myself). But. When I connect through
exchange via the web and get to the same public folder, the Contact form
displayed, while still showing just two tabs, is the same as the original
Outlook Contact form. When clicking to enter a new Contact it also shows
the original Outlook form as though all I did was to set all other tabs to
no display but left the General and Detail tabs in tact.
I think I've been doing all publishing and updating properly. Is there
something with Outlook and Remote web access that I've encountered but not
expected?
Any help to get this project off my plate would be most appreciated.
