Custom Form

I am creating a custom form for our managers to use. I
will probably have many more questions to come but
currently my question is:

I am using the Business Phone field and whenever I go to
put the number in I get an information box that will not
go away. It keeps asking me for the area code...it is
some kind of wizard. I need to get rid of this. This
field is informational only...we are not going to call
anyone from this field.

Can you help?

Outlook wants to know your own area code, so it can properly format numbers. You should need to enter the information only once.
