Hi all,
I have created a custom form that has met the needs of
almost all users.
A problem is that a new "client" has indicated that
some of his users cannot use the custom form as some of
his users use Netscape Communicator as thier mail client.
I understand that bit OK.
However he then went on to say that if the form "could
do HTML" his problems would be solved! Please bare in
mind that there is a language barrier, his first language
is Chinese and mind is English.
My questions are:
1. Can I create a custom form in Outlook that sends
information in HTML?
2. Is it possible for a someone using Netscape Navigator
to receive this info?
3. Is it difficult to do?
4. Are there any potential problems I need to be aware of?
5. Any other advice or possible solutions!
Thanks in advance.
