Custom Forms - Can One Create this is PWA (Project Web Access)?

Since PWA is using some functionality of WSS (Windows Sharepoint Services),
can one either import an document that then becomes a form or does one have
to build a custom ASP page? If yes to the custom ASP page, then can any
reporting be done by the Analysis Services?
